A little about me...

A lot of people have an idea that a personal trainer will force you to adhere to a strict diet and shout at you through gruelling workouts.

My approach is about building strong foundations and collaborating WITH you to evolve your habits in a direction to make you healthier, stronger and fitter.

So where does this philosophy come from? I have had my own rollercoaster with diet, exercise performance, and mental and physical health, leading to years of study to understand and reconcile these troubles. While there are several scientifically supported universal truths, meeting you where you are as an individual is critical to changing behaviour and mindset in the real world.

My proudest credentials are a 1st class degree in psychology, completing the Mac Nutrition Uni nutritionist certification with distinction and being a fully qualified Level 3 PT. I also compete in powerlifting, and have succeeded at national and international levels - so I have experienced what it takes to test boundaries!

When I am not emersed in working with my clients or my own training, I can often be found walking Ronnie my rescue dog, pottering in the garden or enjoying great food with my husband, James and my amazing family.
